INITIATE - Update 1.1
After some feedback I have removed the "exile" fail state from the final puzzle. It was frustrating (even to me during testing) to have to start the game completely from scratch. The newer version of that puzzle should be more enjoyable!
I have also optimized some of the tedium of the first and the final puzzles. They were supposed to be memory exercises, but ended up being annoyingly long. Both the first and last puzzles should now feel more fluid.
Thank you to everyone who helped identify the issues with the original puzzles!
- Removed the "exile" fail state from the final puzzle.
- Added helpful markers for subsequent attempts at the final puzzle.
- Optimized the paths for the first and final puzzles to improve pacing.
- Optimized the dialogue for the final puzzle to improve pacing.
- Fixed a few typos.
- Removed "Onion" sprite.
